Since that day, with constantly changing and evolving perspective we tried to employ an understanding going from local to the national. We’ve helped some women dream, sometimes supported them to realize their dreams. Sometimes we cried, sometimes we laughed with them, because we believe that development cannot take place at a desirable level unless women are transformed and empowered. The first condition for both social and economic development is, with no doubt, to develop women and to take them to stage. Here we have brought the team together with our friends from time to time as the consciousness of social responsibility We wanted to provide a positive contribution to this process through various projects. Therefore we submitted the Sanliurfa Women's Status in Business: Problems and Solutions Project to the Karacadağ Development Agency. Thanks to this project, women's labor market analysis was performed in Sanliurfa.

Sanliurfa Women's Status in Business: Problems and Solutions Project Şanlıurfa Province Women's Labor Market Analysis was conducted within this project. Within this scope, surveys and  interviews were carried out with 68 SMEs, which are active in industry and commerce sectors , also with 509 unemployed women. In this way, it was attempted both to create the employee profile that is needed by companies and to prepare an employer profile of unemployed women. This study has been prepared and published as a report. As a result of this report, the training programs in the region will be able to be organized in line with the needs and demands as expressed in our study, and the human resources in our region shall be developed in accordance with the needs and potentials of our region.
