Karacadağ Development Agency Management Goes To Brazil And Argentina

Karacadağ Development Agency Administrative Board held a study visit to Brazil and Argentina in order to share knowledge and experience related to agriculture, livestock, agricultural research and development, agro-based industries, urbanization, fight against poverty and tourism industry that are outstanding in terms of our agency, to examine best practices in place, to communicate with institutions/organizations in the field of development, to exchange ideas and to benefit from the experience of the actors involved.
Sao Paulo Municipality, Brazilian Agricultural Research and Technology Transfer Institute (EMBRAPA), Institute of Animal Science, Sao Paulo Institute of Agriculture and Food will be visited within the context of Brazil study visit carried out in collaboration with Turkey's Sao Paulo Commercial Counselor. Information will be taken on the fight against poverty and urban renewal applications in the Municipality of Sao Paulo. Also, inspection will be made related to model applications on agriculture and animal husbandry
Argentine Industrial Union - Regional Development Department, Argentina Ministry of Development - Regional Development Department and Argentina Foreign Ministry - Under secretariat for Investment Development and Trade Promotion will be visited within the context of Argentina study visit carried out in cooperation with Turkey's Buenos Aires Embassy and Commercial Counselor. Information will be taken about their activities and experiences will be shared on implementing programs and projects about regional development, support SMEs, management and strengthen their competitiveness, facilitate access to financial resources, investment development, to establish links between international investors and local companies and development of partnerships.
Also, in this visit, it is expected to exchange of information on activities being carried out in Diyarbakir and Sanliurfa, potential investment opportunities and cooperation areas.
