Procedures and principles for implementation of the Program of Attraction Centers detailed below are published in the Official Gazette dated January 11, 2017 and numbered 29945 that covering investment and business support to be provided to new investment projects (manufacturing industry, call center and data center), facilities that are unfinished or cannot go into business due to inadequate operating capital although the investment has been completed or partially operating or not operating for any other reason for provided re economy in manufacturing industry in Diyarbakir and Şanlıurfa provinces.
