The Infrastructure Of Sanliurfa Oız Will Be İmproved

Under its 2013 Industrial Infrastructure Financial Assistance Program, Karacadag Development Agencies will give suport to two projects of Sanliurfa's Organized Industrial Zones (OIZ). By these projects service quality of the firms, located in these zones, will increase.
Total budgets of the projects is 1.362.000,00 TL, and 871.000 TL of it will be granted by the Agency. grant support and remaining part of the investment is co-financing contribution of the Directorate of
The contracts for the grant have been signed by the Chairman of the ŞUTSO E. Sabri Ertekin, the Secretary General of Karacadag Development Agency Dr. Ilhan Karakoyun, the Director of OIZ Remzi Inal.
During contract signing ceremony, President of the SUTSO E.Sabri Ertekin said "Karacadag Development Agency's contribution is very important in terms of our region's latest economic development. Within the Industrial Infrastructure Program, implemented first time this year by Agency, our two projects have been successful and will get grant. Thanks to 2. Organized Industrial Zone automation system for electric and water meter reading project and waste water sludge drying project we will have a chance to give our companies a faster, higher-quality and cleaner serve. At the same time, we will provid the good conditions for new companies to invest in OIZ.
Karakoyun: Incentives for investment alone is not enough
Secretary General of Karacadag Development Agency Dr. Ilhan Karakoyun said; "there are intense interest of the investors especially to Sanliurfa Province and other 6th region provinces in terms of new incentive system. In this stage, incentives are important, but it alone is not enough. In order to attract big investors, organized industrial zones (OIZ) infrastructures should be at optimal level. In this respect, Sanliurfa is in a good position. SUTSO and OIZ administration collaborated in the past, providing rapid results. In our research, as Agency we found that the OIZ's of our region have some infrastructure problems. By the approval of the Board of Directorsof the Agency, we have started to implement Industrial Infrastructure Financial Assistance Program. In this program, we have supported 11 projects in Sanliurfa and Diyarbakir."
OIZ Director Remzi Inal said; "As a Directorate of the OIZ we continue to our activities without slowing down, thus our investors sustain their works in more comfortable conditions. Thanks to Karacadag Development Agency for their support".
