Visit To Diyarbakir Batman Siirt Development Project Implementation Unit

Karacadağ Development Agency visit and interview with other institutions and organizations providing project-based grants and similar support in order to both collect more detailed information about relevant institutions and organizations activities in region, and to avoid overlap and duplication within the context of preparation of the 2014 Financial Support Program.
In this context, Diyarbakır Batman Siirt Development Project Implementation Unit of the Ministry of Food Agriculture and Livestock was visited by the Agency’s team. During the visit, projects implemented especially in Diyarbakir were mentioned; experiences in the field of rural development were shared, and possible areas of collaboration were discussed.
On the other hand, 15 SMEs were visited and face to face interviews were conducted with company executives the Agency to identify the needs and demands of SMEs. Finding of these kind of meetings and interviews will be used for programming of the 2014’s grant. After programming, it is being planned to announce the call for proposals in the last quarter of this year.
