Call Center Investment From Swiss-based Versicherungstreuhand Logic Gmbh To Diyarbakır

Officials of Dicle University, Diyarbakır Turkish Labor Provincial Directorate, Diyarbakır Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Karacadağ Development Agency attended to the meeting. After the meeting, the delegation visited Diyarbakır Turkcell Global Information Call Center where Officials of Logic Company was informed by Location Manager Deniz ATEŞ and they decided to invest in Diyarbakır. Logic Company will employ 200 people with its investment in Diyarbakır. Also company has a call center which employs 173 people in Kosovo. Logic Company offering broker service to the main insurance companies. Gross business volume of 45 million and net turnover has reached 14 million TL. The company's CEO Ahmet KAŞIKÇI said that Logic Company has serviced over 200,000 customers since the company's establishment according to the data in the first half of 2013 and it is one of the biggest names in the insurance brokers sector in Switzerland. Company owner Erdal KARAKAŞ expressed that we decided to invest in Diyarbakır after nearly two years of project work performed in Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia and taking into account such aspects as the existence of trained and qualified young labor force to work in the call center, university and vocational education and training institutions in the region, having the opportunity to access the services of call center high value-added, the region is extremely attractive for foreign investors. Logic Company is going to work Swiss customer-oriented with its call center investment to establish in Diyarbakır. The Company will meet the demand of customers of health, life, space, motor vehicle insurance companies about products and services. It will help resolving complaints and provide telephone service.
