CMC, as one of the world’s largest call center companies, shall launch a call center in Sanliurfa, an investment of 15 million TL and with an expected employment of 1.500 people. Karacadağ Development Agency Investment Support Office facilitated the investment decision. The Agency specialists provided services to the company on issues such as determination of the appropriate place, opportunities in incentive applications as well as staffing. CMC Human Resources performed the job interviews in Karacadağ Development Agency Sanliurfa Investment Support Office building.
CMC Sanliurfa Call Center is designed as high standards and advanced technology infrastructure as well as compatible with the environment and a green house using renewable energy resources. General Director of CMC, Mr. Metin Tarakçı cited that their investment decision shall arouse excitement in the region. He further explains that “We are aiming stable growth by opening a new call center while taking advantage from incentives that are offered for growth of our sector in Anatolia”. He mentioned that CMC Company made its first investment with a team of 250 people in Malatya in 2009. As of today, 1,500 people are employed in Malatya. Call centers contribute to the region’s economy by offering employment opportunities to the young people. CMC, one of the biggest outsourcing call centers in Turkey operates with its 3,200 employee in five different locations, four of which are in Istanbul and one in Malatya. CMC provides call center services for over 70 partners which are leaders in their respective sectors and provides customized solutions to such customers needs as tele-sales, tele-marketing, customer services, collection management, technical support and social media.
