Goodwill Protocol For Call Center To Employ 1500 People

Minister of Labour and Social Security, Mr. Faruk Çelik and Minister of Science, Industry and Technology, Mr. Nihat Ergün, Governor of Sanliurfa, Mr. Celalettin Güvenç, Head of Şanlıurfa Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr. E. Sabri Ertekin, Karacadag Development Agency Secretariat-General İlhan Karakoyun (PhD) attended the protocol ceremony. Speaking at the signing ceremony, Minister Faruk Çelik cited that “since unemployment is a major problem for Sanliurfa, it is important to establish the call center in the city. We are doing our best to decrease unemployment rate in the province. Sanliurfa attracts investors, now investors line up in order to invest in Sanliurfa. There will be more hiring as more investors come to Sanliurfa for investment.” Governor of Sanliurfa, Mr. Celalettin Güvenç mentioned that “CMC Company President of Board of Directors is setting up the call center in our city. As the governor’s office, we rented the place. They are going to hire 1.500 people in the Organized Industrial Zone. I congratulate the CMC Company for their decision to invest in Sanliurfa”. In his opening speech, CMC Company President of Board of Directors expressed “his gratitude to those who contributed to their investment decision. After the ceremony, Minister of Labour and Social Security Mr. Faruk Çelik and Minister of Science, Industry and Technology Mr. Nihat Ergün visited 1st  and 2nd Organized Industrial Zone in Sanliurfa. During the visit, Minister Çelik visited the facilities of Meks Glass Industry and Trade Ltd. that received grants from Karacadağ Development Agency.
