Diyarbakır’s Industry Inventory To Be Research

Dicle University and Diyarbakir Organized Industrial Zone will prepare the industrial inventory of city with the support of Karacadag Development Agency.
Head of tha Science and Technology Application and Research Center of Dicle University, Professor Dr. Hamdi TEMEL said that Projects will be completed in three months period. Hitherto, such a study has not been perfomed within the university, and the works other institutions carried out were not enough. A team of 41 people are going to work for this inventory for three months. First, we will conduct a survey with 519 registered firms, detect the current situation and will step about the future. According to the results, policies will be established for regional industrial development.

Our primary goal is to make the determination of what is there. We are going to carry a very detailed and comprehensive study for our companies operating in Organized Industrial Zone. We will work on a wide range of skilled manpower, market shares and purchases of raw materials. Based on the results, we will be able to allocate land to the businessmen in expansion area of the OIZ.
